About TrendDuoAI

TrendDuoAI is a browser-based AI video creation platform that allows users to create personalized videos from photos, text prompts, and selected templates.

Our tools include video styles inspired by popular social media trends, such as Worth It AI, OOUUH AI Video, and Hotel Lobby AI.

Depending on the selected template and generation mode, the Service may produce videos with different scenes, movements, durations, resolutions, and audio options.

Some modes generate video without an included soundtrack. Other modes may create new AI-generated music or vocals.

TrendDuoAI is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the artists, record labels, social media platforms, or other third parties referenced in our templates.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrendDuoAI.

An account is required to generate videos, manage credits, and access saved results.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Take responsibility for activity conducted through your account.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not sell, transfer, or share accounts in ways that circumvent our usage limits, payment requirements, or security controls.

We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms.

Photos, Consent, and Permissions

You may upload only photos and other materials that you have the legal right and permission to use.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have obtained the necessary permissions.
• Any identifiable person depicted has provided the consent required for the intended use.
• You will not upload photos of minors.
• Your content does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other third-party rights.
• You will not use the Service to impersonate, deceive, harass, or harm others.

You retain your existing rights in content you upload.

You grant TrendDuoAI and the service providers necessary to fulfill your requests a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, store, transform, and reproduce your uploaded content for the purpose of operating the Service, generating requested videos, maintaining security, and providing related support.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your uploaded content to TrendDuoAI.

We do not obtain permission to use your private photos or generated videos in public advertising merely because you uploaded them.

Content Standards and Prohibited Uses

You must not use TrendDuoAI to create, upload, distribute, or facilitate content that:

• Contains child sexual abuse material or exploits minors.
• Contains prohibited sexually explicit content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Uses another person's identity or likeness without the necessary permission.
• Promotes threats, harassment, targeted abuse, or unlawful discrimination.
• Creates deceptive impersonations, fraudulent endorsements, or misleading representations of real people.
• Violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Promotes illegal activities or facilitates fraud.
• Attempts to bypass content safety systems or other platform restrictions.

You must also not:

• Create multiple accounts to abuse free previews or promotional offers.
• Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation to exploit the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, or payment systems.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service except where permitted by applicable law.
• Resell or redistribute access to TrendDuoAI without authorization.
• Submit content designed to disrupt the Service or its providers.

We may reject generation requests, remove prohibited content, restrict access, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.

Where appropriate, we may report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

Credits, Pricing, and Payments

TrendDuoAI uses credits to pay for eligible AI video generation requests.

Credit Purchases

Credits are purchased through one-time payments.

Different credit packages may be offered, but purchases do not automatically renew under our current payment model.

The applicable price, number of credits, and payment terms are displayed before checkout.

Purchased credits are added to your account after successful payment processing.

Under our current credit policy:

• Purchased credits do not expire.
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Credit requirements vary by template, generation mode, duration, and resolution.
• The credit cost of a generation request is displayed before submission.

We may change prices or credit requirements for future purchases and generation requests. Such changes will not retroactively reduce the number of credits already purchased.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Creem or another payment provider identified at checkout.

We do not directly store complete payment card information.

You are responsible for applicable taxes and payment-related charges disclosed during checkout.

Payment disputes, chargebacks, and suspected fraudulent transactions may result in account restrictions while the matter is reviewed.

Free Previews

TrendDuoAI may offer limited free previews to eligible users.

Free previews are promotional features, not a guaranteed entitlement.

Eligibility may depend on account history, previous purchases, device-related signals, abuse-prevention checks, available promotional capacity, and other operational restrictions.

Where offered, a free preview may have the following limitations:

• Lower video resolution.
• Shorter video duration.
• A visible watermark.
• Playback only within your account.
• No downloadable file.
• Limited retention, generally up to 7 days.

Preview specifications and availability may vary by template or promotion.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue free previews to prevent abuse or manage operating costs.

Creating additional accounts or using other methods to circumvent free-preview limits is prohibited.

A free preview does not guarantee that a later paid generation will produce an identical result.

AI Video Generation

AI-generated videos are produced using automated systems and third-party AI technologies.

Generation requirements and output characteristics depend on the selected template and settings.

Before submitting a request, you should review the displayed credit cost and generation options.

Generation times may vary depending on system demand, provider availability, and processing complexity.

We do not guarantee:

• Exact facial resemblance in every frame.
• Perfect lip synchronization.
• Identical motion or timing to reference materials.
• Consistent hands, expressions, clothing, or backgrounds.
• A particular artistic style or creative outcome.
• Uninterrupted or error-free generation.

AI-generated results may contain visual, audio, or technical imperfections.

Successful generation does not guarantee that the result will meet every personal preference or creative expectation.

Failed Generations and Credit Returns

If a generation request fails and our system confirms the failure, the credits charged for that failed request will be returned to your TrendDuoAI account automatically.

A failed generation may include a processing error, provider failure, or another system-confirmed condition that prevents delivery of the requested output.

The following situations do not automatically qualify as failed generations:

• Dislike of the artistic result.
• Differences in facial resemblance or movement.
• Creative results that differ from personal expectations.
• Minor visual or audio imperfections in a successfully completed video.

If a generation appears stuck, is incorrectly marked as completed, or produces an unusable file, please contact support so we can review the request.

Credit returns for failed generations are separate from refunds of payments used to purchase credits.

Payment refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Refunds and Purchase Disputes

Credit purchases and payment refunds are subject to our published Refund Policy.

Because AI generation consumes processing resources, successfully completed generation requests are not automatically eligible for a credit return or payment refund solely because the result differs from a user's expectations.

Where a payment refund is approved, we may adjust the corresponding credit balance to reflect the refunded purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer protection rights provided by applicable law.

Your Content and Generated Videos

You retain the rights you hold in your uploaded photos, prompts, and other original materials.

Subject to these Terms, applicable law, and third-party rights, you may download and use eligible paid generated videos for personal or commercial purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your intended use does not violate the rights of others.

TrendDuoAI does not guarantee that generated content is unique, copyrightable, or free from third-party rights.

Other users may generate similar results using comparable templates or prompts.

Free and Paid Results

Free previews may be restricted to account-based playback and may contain watermarks.

Eligible paid results may be downloadable without a TrendDuoAI preview watermark, subject to the applicable product specifications.

Downloading a video does not grant rights to third-party music, artist identities, trademarks, or other protected materials.

Sharing and Publication

You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform where you publish generated content.

Where required by law or platform policy, you must disclose that content was generated or materially altered using AI.

You must not present AI-generated performances as authentic recordings or endorsements by real people.

Music, Artists, and Third-Party Rights

TrendDuoAI offers templates inspired by popular social media video styles and performance trends.

References to artists, songs, groups, or trends are used to identify or describe relevant styles and user interests.

They do not imply official endorsement, sponsorship, or licensing.

Trend-Based Video Modes

Worth It Trend and Ooouh Trend videos are saved with the audio from the reference clip.

That audio follows the reference clip. It is not a newly written Original Song, and downloading it does not grant rights to third-party music.

Original Song Modes

Where available, Original Song modes may generate new AI-created music, lyrics, or vocals.

These outputs are not represented as official recordings of the artists associated with the referenced trends.

Third-Party Rights

TrendDuoAI does not grant licenses to:

• Commercially released songs or recordings.
• Artist names, likenesses, or voices.
• Protected trademarks or branding.
• Copyrighted reference videos or other third-party materials.

You are responsible for obtaining any permissions necessary for your intended use, including commercial publication.

You must not use generated content to falsely imply that an artist, brand, or other third party has approved or participated in your video.

Service Availability and Changes

TrendDuoAI is provided using cloud infrastructure and third-party AI services.

We aim to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features may be delayed, modified, restricted, or temporarily unavailable because of:

• Scheduled maintenance.
• Third-party API interruptions.
• Technical errors.
• Security incidents.
• Content safety requirements.
• Operational or legal restrictions.

We may introduce, update, or discontinue templates, generation modes, or other features.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly affect existing paid entitlements.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, creates security risks, engages in fraud, or is used for prohibited activity.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Reject or cancel generation requests.
• Restrict access to certain features.
• Remove content that violates our policies.
• Suspend or terminate an account.
• Take other actions reasonably necessary to protect the Service and its users.

Unused credits on restricted or terminated accounts will be handled in accordance with the reason for termination, our Refund Policy, and applicable law.

We do not guarantee reimbursement for credits consumed by successfully completed generation requests before termination.

You may request account deletion by contacting support.

Deletion of account information and generated content is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TrendDuoAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that generated content will satisfy a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TrendDuoAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to TrendDuoAI during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, payment model, technology, or legal requirements.
